Join us for a childbirth education class with a pelvic health focus! We will be going over the ins/outs of labor and delivery, the stages of labor, pelvic anatomy, labor positions, and pushing strategies. This course is taught by a pelvic expert with backgrounds including a board-certified women’s health PT, childbirth educator, and birth doula. Provided at a discounted rate for our 12/6 course!
