Prepare your body and mind for birth with our Empowered Pelvis Push Program, created to help you feel strong, confident, and connected during labor. This program is designed to support you through every stage of pushing by blending movement, relaxation, and mental readiness.
Through our sessions, you’ll learn how to:
✨ Relax your pelvic floor so your body can open with ease.
✨ Improve pelvic mobility with gentle, functional exercises that create space for your baby.
✨ Practice effective pushing techniques to work with your body and your breath.
✨ Mentally prepare with strategies that reduce fear and build confidence.
✨ Strengthen your pushes with safe, targeted exercises that connect your core and pelvic floor.
Our goal is to give you the tools and confidence you need to approach labor feeling empowered, supported, and ready.
Workshops are 2.5 hours long and provided once monthly. Discounts given to those that add this workshop on to a childbirth education class.
